“We have to break “water monopoly” for fields irritation which we have in the south of Ukraine.” – this idea is given by the Deputy Chairman of UAC Denys Marchuk.

Agrarians who are working with irrigation know, that “water monopoly” is active in our country. As a fact, we have the situation: except water conveying contracts agrarians are forced to sign additional contracts for soil condition monitoring. Talking about financial sphere, these are additional hundreds of thousands UAH from 1 enterprise. If such contracts are not signed, enterprises will not have water conveying for the fields.” - Denys Marchuk mentions.

The only one exit from this situation is to involve abstracters to the management and irritation infrastructure.

We need to support providing of abstracters’ union in terms of legislation, and rights to control irritation infrastructure have to be among them.

“Consequently, economic motivation for making improvements, infrastructure reconstruction and irrigation fields expansion will appear. And at the end, we don’t need non-reasonable additional tariffs, because farm owners get with effective concrescence.” - Denys Marchuk mentions.
