On November 14, at 14:00 , a webinar will be held on new opportunities for creating water users’ organizations.
The webinar is organized as part of the "Food Security Support Program for Agricultural Producers", which is implemented by the Ukrainian Agri Council with the support of the USAID Agriculture Growing Rural Opportunities Activity (AGRO)
The event is intended for agrarians carrying out agricultural activities on reclaimed lands.
During the webinar, experts will explain the legal conditions, stages of creation and functioning of water user organizations to increase the capacity of agricultural producers in the management, restoration and modernization of the reclamation infrastructure. The participants of the event will be able to get answers to all questions regarding the implementation of the organization.

- The road map for the creation of the organization, operational and legal models of its work (initiation and procedure for the creation, registration, technical, property and financial aspects of activity, the procedure for providing services, etc.).
- Peculiarities of adding information about the reclamation network and its components into the State Land Cadastre.
- The advantages when the water users’ organisation is created by agrarians with its independent management in comparison with the traditional system controlled by the State Agency for Water Resources of Ukraine.
