Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny had the conference with the members of the Ukrainian Agri Council.
More than 500 farmers from all regions of Ukraine gathered to thank the general for his courage and devotion to Ukraine, and to express their unquestionable support on the common path to Victory.
From the first days of the full-scale invasion, Ukrainian farmers have been enrolled in the ranks of the armed forces, supporting national and global food security and daily helping our defenders especially with the provision of cars, which have become indispensable assistants at the front.
According to General Valery Zaluzhnyi, the Armed Forces need a lot of pickup and trucks, because unfortunately, they are often damaged or lost.
"International partners support Ukraine with weapons, train our military. We sincerely thank them for that, but a lot more is needed for Victory over the enemy. Unfortunately, the war continues to bring grief to our home, taking away the best sons and daughters of Ukraine. They sacrifices the most precious thing that each of us has - the opportunity to live. The cars with which you help our army are extremely important, because often only one pickup truck saves at least one life of Ukrainian soldiers," the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine addressed the participants of the meeting.
Valery Zaluzhnyi sincerely thanked the farmers for supporting the Armed Forces, because only by joining forces we will win the war and revive the Ukrainian territories.
"You do incredible things every day, you fight faithfully for our victory, showing steel character and an iron fist. We believe in you. We will do everything in our power to support our soldiers and help them defend our Motherland," said the head of the UAC Andriy Dykun.
The participants of the UAC express their gratitude to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny for the opportunity to meet "We wish every defender, both male and female, to return home safe and unharmed!" Together to victory!
