On June 2, 2026, the State Agrarian Register began accepting applications from farming enterprises for financial support to develop production and diversify their activities.
Experts from the Ukrainian Agri Council (UAC), as part of a project to support Ukrainian agricultural producers from affected regions in partnership with the international humanitarian organization Mercy Corps, have prepared a brief digest outlining the main conditions for participating in the program.
Under the program, farmers can receive up to UAH 1 million in an interest-free loan for a term of up to 5 years, subject to securing the obligation to repay the budget funds.
The program is open to individual farming enterprises, including family farms without legal-entity status, registered in the State Agrarian Register. Mandatory conditions include the absence of tax debt, bankruptcy proceedings, or sanctions, and not operating in temporarily occupied territories.
Applications will be accepted until July 2, 2026. After the deadline, the commission of the Ukrainian State Fund for Support of Farming Enterprises will review the applicants' documents and select the winners of the competition. Farming enterprises will be notified of the results through the SAR, and support agreements will be concluded with the winners.
The financial support may be directed, in particular, toward purchasing machinery and equipment as well as breeding livestock, constructing and reconstructing production and non-production facilities, establishing perennial plantings, developing cooperation, and irrigation and land reclamation.
