The Ukrainian Agri Council (UAC) has announced the scaling up of the educational course “AGROsphere.” During the 2026/2027 academic year, the course is planned to be introduced in an additional 500 communities and schools across Ukraine, enabling more than 15,000 additional students to participate in the program.
This was announced by Andrii Dykun, Chairman of the Ukrainian Agri Council.

“Until recently, the agricultural sector was often perceived as an industry based solely on physical labor and outdated approaches. Today, it is about high technologies, innovation, analytics, exports, and global competition. The ‘AGROsphere’ course shows children what modern agriculture really is. We have set an ambitious yet realistic goal — to engage an additional 15,000 children in the course over the next two years, so they can see their future in Ukraine, develop their communities, and help build the human capital of the agricultural sector,” Andrii Dykun said.
The “AGROsphere” course has been implemented in Ukraine for six years with the support of the educational and methodological center SvitOsvit and is taught based on a dedicated textbook and teaching materials developed specifically for the program.

The course provides students with a modern understanding of the agricultural sector — from agrotechnologies and digital solutions to logistics, processing, sustainable development, and the role of agriculture in the national economy. Special emphasis is placed on career guidance and opportunities for professional development in the agricultural field.
Between 2022 and 2025, more than 5,000 students successfully completed the course.
In the 2025–2026 academic year, “AGROsphere” is being implemented in 200 educational institutions, attended by around 4,000 students across 19 regions of Ukraine. Currently, the course is supported in local communities by 30 farmers — members of the Ukrainian Agri Council: 70 educational institutions in 13 regions, educating more than 2,000 school students.

The Ukrainian Agri Council calls on communities, educators, and agricultural producers to join efforts to implement the “AGROsphere” course as a tool for developing modern education and building the human capital of Ukraine’s agricultural sector.
