NGO "Ukrainian Agrarian Council" appealed to Head of the National Police Headquarters in Odesa region Dmitry Golovin and the Odessa Oblast Prosecutor Oleg Zhuchenko to protect Alla Stoyanov, the director of the company "Stoyanov AA", from defamation and raiding.
The facility is located in Izmail district of the Odessa region, it is a member of the UAC since 2016. Alla Stoyanova is actively involved in the social sphere, conducts honest business and is a deputy of the Odessa Regional Council. Therefore, the slander published damages its business reputation and reputation as a deputy.
On June 7, 2018, the Internet portal "Bessarabia INFORM" published a slander in which Stoyanova was accused of involvement in an assassination attempt on a businessman, a deputy of the Izmail district council, Alexander Petkov, who is also engaged in agriculture in the Izmail district and is the head of the farm property "Dinex-Agro". This information is not confirmed by real facts and can be appealed in court.
It should be noted that in October 2014, the company "Dineks-Agro" illegally seized 220 hectares of land Novopokrovsky village council of Izmail district in Odesa region, which was processed by the "Stoyanov AA" farm. Until now, the "Dineks-Agro" has no legal grounds for processing land in the territory of the Novopokrivsk Village Council. Investigative bodies within the framework of criminal proceedings were provided with all necessary documentary evidence of the illegal possession of land plots. However, despite evidence, criminal proceedings are still pending.
Taking advantage of the inactivity of law enforcement agencies, in April 2016, Pietkov went even further and partially destroyed the crops of the enterprise "Stoyanov AA". The fact of this violation also opened the criminal proceedings, but no final procedural decision was made.
In 2018, Petkov illegally seized 12 more land plots of the "Stoyanov AA" farm with a total area of about 120 hectares. However, law enforcement agencies have not reacted to this again.
"We ask you to take personal control and to investigate this case as soon as possible in order to bring the persons involved to responsibility," the statement reads in the text of the appeal of the Verkhovna Rada to the heads of the National Police and the Prosecutor's Office in the Odessa region.

According to UAC, last year the number of hunters of agricultural enterprises, or attempts to allocate property and harvests of domestic farmers increased 2.5 times compared to 2016 - to almost 1000 from 360. Most of the aggression of raiders suffers agrarians from Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk and Kyiv oblasts.
In order to protect UAC members from raiding attacks, in November 2017, with the support of the association, there was established the security company Haydamaky.
