Today, Deputy Chairman of the UAC Denys Marchuk met with agrarians from the Odesa region from Ananivsky, Lyubashevsky and Podilsky districts.

Agrarians were interested in the problem of non-repayment of VAT in the export of oilseeds, which was canceled through the adoption of so-called "oil amendments", prolonged by oligarchic structures. Agrarians expressed their concern because of the non-signature by the President of the draft law No. 7403-d, which abolishes the rule of non-reimbursement of VAT when exporting soybeans and rapeseed to producers who independently export these crops. Recall that the bill got on signing by the President on May 25.

Also, farmers raised the issue of the inappropriateness of allocating funds to the program of partial compensation of the cost of purchased agricultural machinery of domestic production. According to the present, this program of state support is ineffective. Recall that this year the government allocated UAH 925 million to it.

In addition, at the meeting were discussed important issues of land reform, excessive prices for fertilizers and the need for development of cooperation.
