Members of the Ukrainian Agri Council (UAC) from Khmelnytsk region have joined the collection and delivery of 26 vehicles to support the Ukrainian Air Assault Forces. This initiative is a part of the UAC large-scale project aimed at providing the military with 150 vehicles.

Ukrainian defenders have received Volkswagen Transporter vans and off-road vehicles that will significantly increase the mobility of units at the front.

UAC Chairman Andrii Dykun thanked the farmers of Khmelnytsk region for their active participation in the initiative: “Farmers have once again demonstrated that our strength is in unity. Thanks to your efforts and support, we can provide our soldiers with the necessary transportation. Each vehicle donated is a step towards our common victory.”

Serhii Ivashchuk, UAC Board Member, emphasized the importance of cooperation between farmers and the military: “Farmers and the military share the same land. But while farmers cherish and cultivate it, the military defend it.”

The vehicles were handed over in the regional center with the participation of the Head of the Khmelnytsky Regional Military Administration, Serhii Tiurin. He presented awards to the UAC members. In particular, Andrii Dykun, Ihor Hai and Vitalii Fomovych were awarded with “For Approaching Victory”, and Serhii Ivashchuk was awarded with “For Merit to Khmelnytsk Region” honours.

The UAC thanks the Khmelnytsk Regional Military Administration for its support and cooperation in implementing this initiative.

Together we are bringing the victory closer and remind that the UAC, in cooperation with the Save Ukraine Charitable Foundation, continues to raise funds and prepare another batch of vehicles to support the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

We have already delivered 46 vehicles out of the required 150.
