Today, June 9, after the congress of the "Servant of the People" Party, there were announced the names of the first 100 candidates in its list.

Thus, Marian Zabolotskyi is element 92. His candidacy is dubious, since Volodymyr Zelensky claims that their party should join only new faces.

Marian Zabolotskyi is the Chairman of the Public Council under Verkhovna Rada Tax Comitteee. Vitaliy Khomutinnik, a co-owner of “Kernel” company is the ex-chairman of this Committee. Zabolotskyi is deputy chairman of the NGO “Ukrainian Agrarian Association” — for a long time their office was located in the premises of the company "Kernel". The companies of the company "Kernel" are the members of NGO. Zabolotskyi is also an assistant to the People's Deputy, a member of the Agricultural Committee of the Verkhovna Rada Oleksiy Mushak, who has a relative of the co-owner of the agricultural corporation "Kernel", ex-deputy Andriy Verevsky.

It was Zabolotskyi who took an active part in lobbying so-called "soy amendments" in the parliament, which resulted in the abolition of VAT refunds when exporting oilseeds. This outraged the representatives of the small and medium-sized agrarian business. Verevsky and Khomutynnik appeared to gain and all taxpayers to lose. In order to protest the abolition of export VAT refunds for oilseeds, the farmers made a real riot - they blocked the main highways of the country for three times, held protest rallies under the Tax Committee and Parliament building.

In addition, Transparency International Ukraine described Marian Zabolotskyi as a lobbyist in tobacco companies in the parliament.

The Ukrainian Agri Council calls on Volodymyr Zelensky to intervene in the process of forming the lists of the party "Servant of the people" and to exclude from it the lobbyist of the Ukrainian oligarchs.
