UAC appealed to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine with a request not to satisfy the complaint of two raider companies regarding the renewal of records on registration of sublease in the Register of Real Rights to Land Plots. After all, we are talking about lands that were illegally re-registered for sublease and now the farmers who cultivate them fight for their return.
Sublease agreements with 32 agricultural enterprises of Vinnytsia region (including three UAC enterprises-participants) were executed with the companies LLC “KIMA +” and LLC “TABACCO RASING” starting from February this year. However, representatives of the affected companies claim that they have not signed any sublease agreements, and the signatures and seals are forged.
All registration actions were performed by one person - the state registrar of Mohyliv-Podilsk district state administration of Vinnytsia region Oleksandr Antsut. In October, for unknown reasons, he canceled his actions as erroneous. However, LLC “KIMA +” and LLC “TABACCO RASING” did not agree with this and asked the State Registration Complaints Board of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to renew the sublease registration records in the Register of Real Rights and leave with them the right to illegally selected lands.
Consideration of the case by the Board is scheduled for tomorrow, December 17, 2020. We call on the Board and the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to prevent illegal land acquisition, to consider the relevant complaints fully and comprehensively.
________
It will be recalled that agricultural enterprises from the Vinnytsia region suffered from raiders who executed sublease agreements for part of their lands and registered the relevant right. Agricultural enterprises learned about this fact by chance, conducting systematic monitoring of the land bank. Some companies have learned about the sublease of their lands only now.
