The Palanka United Territorial Community, with the support of the USAID Project “Support for Agrarian and Rural Development”, and jointly with the Ukrainian Agricultural Council, invite you to join public discussions on September 28, 2018. The discussion will take place as part of the pilot project on organization of land management in the territory of the Palanka UTC.

The implementation of this project will promote the introduction of transparent land relations and reflect the effective interaction between business and the community.

Within the framework of this project, there was developed an open and transparent prospective plan for the use of Palanka UTC lands. Public discussions will include online maps and land-use schemes. Appropriate developments are ready for implementation in other communities.

"The formation of a long-term land use plan made it possible to find out what resources Palanka UTC possesses and how they can be used for their development. According to the results of the work, there were prepared projects of industrial park, flour-mill complex, dairy factory, slaughterhouse, sorting station of garbage, etc. The effectiveness of this land management model is an example for other communities in Ukraine," said Igor Myklaschuk, chairman of the Association of UTC "Institute for Co-operation and Local Self-Government ".
