
ANNOUNCEMENT
The Ukrainian Agricultulal Council and "Business Varta" NGO invite you to take part in the 2nd Anti-Raiding Forum on August 3, 2018. During the Forum, real examples of raiding on specific enterprises will be considered, ways of solving existing problems will be discussed, proposals on legislative changes will be worked out and ways of communication between entrepreneurs and authorities will be developed.
People's deputies of Ukraine, representatives of the Presidential Administration, the Cabinet of Ministers, the Prosecutor General's Office, the National Police, the Ministry of Justice, lawyers, human rights activists, and agrarians from all over Ukraine are invited to participate in the event.
According to the program, the first panel of the forum will be devoted to the consideration of real cases of raider attacks that took place in Ukraine. Participants will talk about what has already been done and what else to do, and representatives of law enforcement and justice will assess the situations described.
In the second panel, legislative issues will be considered. The participants will determine what changes should be made to the existing regulatory framework. Further directions of normative activity will also be identified.
In addition, a community reception desk will work throughout the forum, to which farmers will be able to address their raider-related issues. Those who wish to do this should prepare the necessary package of documents (a copy of the certificate of registration, a request, copies of all appeals to the authorities and law enforcement officers with answers, if any, copies of court decisions and rulings if available) and describe the essence of the problem.
