
On Saturday, September 15, the official opening of the Ukrainian Agrarian Lyceum (UAL) Branch was held at Tishkivka (Dobrovelichkivka district, Kirovograd region).
The launch of the lyceum class was the result of the joint work of the Ukrainian Agricultural Council and in particular of its participants - Igor Neofita and Sergiy Saus, the Institute of Cooperation and Local Self-Government (ICOMIS), the heads of the Tyshkivka United Territorial Community and local business.
The branch was opened on the basis of Tyshkivka secondary school №1. The patrons in the shortest time carried out major repairs throughout the part of the institution, where the UAL leases three classes. There were replaced windows, renovated walls, ceiling, floor. In addition, for students of the Tyshkivka branch of UTC, modern equipment was purchased: an interactive whiteboard, laptops, tablets.
In updated classes will be able to study both lyceum students and children of a secondary school. Open studios will work for everyone - the historic studio “Gilea”, the studio "Exciting Chemistry", the IT studio "Jobs", the studio for financial literacy "Junior Bank", the studio on math "Kosinus", the theatrical studio "Antract".
Teachers of Tyshkivka schools will teach in the lyceum class. In August, the methodological center SvitOsvit held a two-week workshop for them. Subsequently, teachers of the Ukrainian Agrarian Lyceum will provide methodical and organizational support to the Tyshkivka branch. Children will have the opportunity to take part in joint events with students in Uman to study, to travel, to practice in private companies.
Certificate. The Ukrainian Agrarian Lyceum (UAL) is a private secondary school of the III degree with an agrarian inclination, located in the city of Uman, Cherkasy region. The basis of the educational methodology were the principles of the Estonian and Finnish systems of secondary education. The Lyceum was founded by the head of the Ukrainian Agricultural Council Andriy Dykun in 2017.
