During the All-Ukrainian Forum "Ukraine 30. Earth", President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskii signed the draft bill №2194 "On Amendments to the Land Code and Other Legislative Acts to Improve the System of Management and Deregulation in the Sphere of Land Relations" according which land plots outside settlements are transferred to the ownership of communities.

The UAC welcomes the signing of a law that will give communities real power to dispose of land and receive revenue to their budgets. It significantly expands the powers of communities, provides for deregulation in the field of land relations, and determines the procedure for exercising the preemptive right to purchase land, and so on.

Thus, the document makes land relations management transparent and land services and procedures simple, eliminates the corruption component.
