"Today, the UAC is actively working in the legislative and humanitarian spheres. Therefore, the opinion of farmers in each region is important to us. It is important for us to hear their problems in order to move in the right direction and defend the interests of the industry," said Denys Marchuk, the UAC Deputy Chairman.
The agenda of the meetings includes not only issues of the union's activities. Experts explain legislative innovations, the situation with exports, etc.
One of the most important issues of concern to agricultural producers today is the opening of the land market for legal entities starting in 2024 and the increase in land purchase limits. The UAC experts explain the position of the Union and the work being done in this direction. The UAC emphasizes that in no case should the land purchase limit be increased 100 times during the war and for at least 3 years after its end.
Viktoriia Kipriianova, the UAC's expert on land issues, familiarizes agricultural producers with legislative changes in land relations, in particular, new requirements for renewal of land lease agreements.
The UAC team will continue to work in the regions. Our managers will inform farmers about further meetings.
