The "black list" of the UAC was replenished with another company - "FINPRO GROUP" LLC. The UAC’s participant “FORTUNA” Company reported about the negative experience of cooperation with it.
According to the agricultural enterprise, they signed a contract with “FINPRO GROUP” for the supply of a grain dryer, for which they paid the full cost of the equipment as an advance - UAH13.4 million. According to the agreement, the grain dryer had to be brought to the enterprise by September 30 this year. Moreover, the supplier insisted on such a term: he said it was with all possible delays.
However, “FORTUNA” did not receive a grain dryer by that date. Also, no one warned the company about the delay. Moreover, according to the UAC’s participant, the communication with “FINPRO GROUP” was inadmissible and did not meet either business or ethical standards.
"Only after lawyers were involved in the case and a written claim was sent, on November 9 (overdue for more than a month) burners were delivered to the grain dryer. That means, we understand that the launch of the grain dryer may be in December. This is a catastrophic situation for an agricultural enterprise, because in the period when we have corn on 2,000 hectares, contracts for its shipment have been signed - every day for the weight of gold. We incur both losses and additional costs,” the representatives from the company said.
The UAC warns its participants and other agricultural producers against cooperating with unscrupulous companies, and urges to be careful and attentive when choosing suppliers.
