With the UAC lawyer on land issues Victoria Kipriyanova we will discuss the list of issues:

• Farmland: what is the status of the land that is transferred to the founder for the establishment/maintenance of the farm (lifelong inheritable ownership, permanent use, lease).
• Who is the actual land user: AE or the founder?
• Who pays taxes and what are they?
• Unsoldering of farmland.
• Labour relations of AE and its members.
• Payment of dividends.
• AE charter, which is the main document of AE activity (what conditions must be in the AE charter).
• Farm management: Chairman or general meeting.
