The "Ukrainian Agricultural Council" NGO will organize a seminar on topical issues in the agrarian sector in the framework of the international agro-industrial exhibition Agroexpo in Kropyvnytsky on September 27.
In particular, during the first part of the seminar, deputy chairman of the UAC Denis Marchuk will talk about key areas of work of the public union. Among them the fight against shadow land lease, as well as ways and means to overcome agrarian raids in the country.
After that the lawyer Kirill Levterov will tell about the main changes in the land management in 2019.
Thus, the visitors of the workshop will learn how the land exchange will take place to create single arrays, new powers of the united territorial communities in land registration, the limits of actual land use, the maximum terms of emphyteusis, prospects for lifting the moratorium on the sale of agricultural land and much more.
