The farm "Strogogo O.F." in the Zmiyiv district of the Kharkiv region succumbed to an arrogant raider attack.

On Saturday, September 8, about 30 unknown armed men of with an athletic build in camouflage uniform drove into the territory of the elevator belonging to the farm "Strogogo O.F." and made a strong capture of the plot. They closed the gate, blocking the entrance and exit, and began to load their cars with sunflower from the elevator to take it in an unknown direction.

There is a police station on the ground, but the situation remains unresolved. Whether the criminal proceedings were opened is still unknown.

The fact is that on Friday, September 7, the current owner and the name of the "Strogogo O. F." farm were changed in the state register. Thus, on the basis of counterfeit documents on the transfer of ownership of corporate rights, the notary Olexandr Dragin made changes to the state register, according to which the farm is now called "Slobozhanski Lani", and its owner is Olena Marunyak. That is, according to fake documents, Alexander Strohyy handed over to her his share, which in reality did not happen.

To protect his legitimate rights, Oleksandr Strohyy sent an official appeal to the Minister of Justice of Ukraine Pavel Petrenko with an appeal to stop the raider seizure of his farm as soon as possible.

"I appeal to you with a great request to stop the raider seizure of my farm (EDRPOU 21229706) and urgently to cancel the illegal state registration", - the statement reads.

Also, farm "Strogogo O.F." is currently preparing a complaint to the Ministry of Justice on complaints in the field of state registration.

For the protection of their legitimate rights, the true owner of the farm "Strogogo O.F." intends to ensure that criminal proceedings are promptly registered. He also plans to appeal to an investigating judge to arrest the property of the farm "Strogogo O.F." and to stop any registration actions in order to prevent resale, alienation of property and increase of debts.

Recall that the Center "Social Monitoring" on request of the UAC conducted a survey among 500 heads of agricultural enterprises (from all regions of Ukraine) from June 25 to August 2, 2018. According to the results, about 71% of agrarians, consider their business unprotected from raiding. At the same time, according to 64% of agricultural producers, the main reason for the dominance of raids is corruption in the authorities and the law enforcement system.
