On September 6, the Ministry of Economy announced that it had considered the letter of the Public Union "Ukrainian Agri Council" regarding the introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 03.03.2022 No. 194 "Some issues regarding the reservation of conscripts under the legal regime of martial law" (hereinafter - the Resolution), in order to resolve the issue of extending the term of validity of deferments from conscription, granted to conscripts in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Economy.

Recently, the UAC as part of the UAF together with a number of agrarian associations turned to First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine - the Minister of Economy of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko with proposals regarding some aspects of the reservation of conscripts working in the field of agriculture.

The agrarian associations in the appeal initiated changes to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, which propose a one-time extension of the deferment from mobilization until December 31, 2022 for employees whose reservations expire in August-December 2022.

The Ministry of Economy informed that in order to settle the issue regarding the extension of the period of validity of the postponement of conscription for military service during mobilization and during wartime, provided by the decision of the Ministry of Economy on conscription, a draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers" was submitted for consideration by the Government of Ukraine dated March 3, 2022 No. 194".

The UAC calls on the Government to consider the draft of the above-mentioned resolution as soon as possible.
