Today at the basis of the PE "Lanna-Agro" (which is in Poltava region), the first "Clash of the Agrotitans near Poltava" took place. Participants were surprised by new equipment from 60 partner companies and demonstrations of units in the work, which took place simultaneously in 8 thematic areas. The organizers were UAC, together with “Dykun” Company and the PE "Lanna-Agro".

The official opening of the "Clash of the Agrotitans near Poltava" began with a welcoming speech of UAC Chairman Andrii Dykun, who thanked all partners and co-organizers:

"I am extremely glad to see everyone! Thanks to Oleksandr and Yurii Tymokha for organizing such a wonderful event with us. I also thank Ruslan Golub, who helped us to make the "Clash of the Agrotitans” in Kyiv region many years ago. This year is not easy for farmers, because of the coronavirus and the weather conditions, but we need to come together, meet and share experiences, so thank you to everyone who joined us today".

The head of the farm PE "Lanna Agro" joined the congratulations:

"Today for the first time there is a large-scale demonstration of equipment, technologies in Poltava region and we are happy to continue the good traditions of UAC and "TAK-Agro". I am extremely pleased that today many representatives of large companies and agricultural enterprises take part in our event. Demonstration of equipment took place within 5 thematic zones, where seeders, tillage equipment, sprayers and spreaders, combines and hoppers, harrows and cultivators were presented. Special attention should be paid to the large-scale exhibition area, where financial and logistical solutions for agricultural enterprises, fuels and lubricants and components, elements of precision agriculture and small aircraft were presented. Hybrids of sunflower and corn of domestic and foreign selection were shown at the space of special showrooms together with agrochemical novelties, and the bravest could carry out field test drives of a car.

"Today we show the most popular CASE tractors and tillage equipment. Even in the first half of the day we see great interest among participants and guests, many questions are raised by our novelty - a unit for applying dry fertilizers. The event exceeded our expectations and I thank the organizers for their work, everything is at the highest level" - Oleksandr Konon, Deputy Director of the company commented.

The "Clash of the Agrotitans” – it is an opportunity to show and tell at the same time. This opinion was expressed by the head of the "Pöttinger Ukraine" company in Poltava region Viktor Butenko: "We are one of the largest manufacturers of trailed agricultural machinery, we have been officially represented in Ukraine for 12 years and have not missed a single "Clash of the Agrotitans”. Today we show our top units: seeder, plow, disc harrow and 4 more units on the company's stand. In addition to the usual shows this year, everyone could take a tour of the existing elevator and the production facilities of KMZ Industries, which specialize in the production of elevator equipment.

"Because we produce equipment that is difficult to bring to the field to show, today we take participants on our tour - we show the elevator and production facilities, which produce silos, grain dryers, grain transport equipment, grain cleaning systems and other auxiliary equipment for elevators. At the end of the demonstrations and a tour of the elevator, participants were waiting for a festive raffle and entertainment program.
