UAC considers the draft decision of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine to clarify the provisions of Articles 13 and 14 of the Constitution of Ukraine concerning land to lead to the destruction of the Ukrainian agricultural sector and the country's economy. Moreover, the course which is taken by the Constitutional Court undermines the foundations of statehood, leads to the division of society, the prevalence of corruption and rejects Ukraine to the past.

All over the world, the basis of agriculture is medium-sized enterprises and their role continues to grow. The competitiveness of the agricultural sector of the world's leading economies is based on them. In Ukraine, the Constitutional Court wants to reverse this process - to destroy medium-sized farmers and industrial agriculture, prohibiting medium-sized agricultural enterprises from buying and owning agricultural land. This will return the village not even in Soviet times, but in the XIX century. At a time when all but a small elite lived in poverty.

Such a decision destroys the agricultural enterprises that Ukrainian farmers have been creating for the last 30 years with their hard work and against the state, officials, criminals and general ruin. They made the agricultural sector as a driving power of the Ukrainian economy, which today brings 40% of foreign exchange earnings. And now it is proposed to "put a cross" on it.

However, that's not all. The decision of the CCU calls into question the legality of land distribution, the allocation of land for personal farming (OSG). It also blocks the privatization of land used by state-owned enterprises. This is when the vast majority of them not only do not bring profit to the state, but suck money from the budget, ie from the pockets of all citizens of Ukraine, in order to enrich their directors and officials who "cover" them.

However, that's not all. The decision of the CCU calls into question the legality of land distribution, the allocation of land for personal farming (PF). It also blocks the privatization of land which is used by state-owned enterprises. This is when the vast majority of them not only do not bring profit to the state, but suck money from the budget and from the pockets of all citizens of Ukraine, in order to enrich their directors and officials who "cover" them.

The total illegality of the prepared decision can be seen by comparing the text of the Constitution and the decision itself:

UAC calls on the judges of the Constitutional Court not to take into account the political interests of those who lobbied for this decision. After all, no matter how much its authors try to cover their actions with noble words, the truth will come out, and peasants and farmers will never forgive them for the collapse of the agrarian economy and rural life.
