The Committee for the supervision of the exchange trades for the sale of natural gas of domestic production has developed an algorithm of actions (for economic entities whose main activity is the production of food products of social importance) to apply for the purchase of natural gas in March. It is reported on the official website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.

The Ministry of Agrarian Policy has also developed and published a document with data from all producers of various forms of ownership who have been admitted to the auction for the sale of domestic gas for social enterprises, which will be constantly updated.

According to the algorithm, in order to successfully apply for the purchase of natural gas, the following conditions have to be met:

Inclusion to the List:

a) by the end of January 24, the lists of economic entities, that have applied for inclusion in the List of economic entities, whose main activity is, in particular, the production of food products of significant social importance, should be compared with the List approved by order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy dated 01.21.2022 №25, which has been posted on the official website of the Ministry;

a) if the business entity is not on the List, by 17:00 on January 25, it is necessary to send an official letter to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy signed by the regional state administration or specialized agrarian association, which concluded a Memorandum with the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine: o.sharuga@minagro.gov.ua and first.deputy@minagro.gov.ua.

Important! An EXTRACT from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Associations with the specified code of economic classification of budget expenditures (CECE) must be attached to the letter.

Decide on a gas supplier accredited to the Ukrainian Energy Exchange, who will represent your interests at the auction.

From February 1 to 5, the business entities included in the List will submit applications for the purchase of gas for March to the e-mail: gas.auction@mev.gov.ua.

Pay attention! The application, its appendix and a copy of the agreement with the trader are submitted in one file in PDF format.

The list of business entities that have applied for the purchase of domestic gas for March will be approved by February 10.

• To get acquainted with the decision of The Committee for the supervision of the exchange trades for the sale of natural gas of domestic production on the List of entities admitted to bidding.
• Notify the gas supplier about the participation in the bidding, which takes place before the 22nd of the current month.

After signing the Memorandum of Understanding on stabilization of natural gas prices of domestic production, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy asked the Ministry of Justice to provide a list of economic entities that produce social goods in accordance with the Government Decree.

According to the order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of 01.05.2022 №3 the list of business entities whose main activity is, in particular, the production of food products of social importance was approved.

Due to the absence of some enterprises in the registers provided by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and at the request of relevant associations and regional state administrations, these lists were updated.

On January 21, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine by its Order №25 amended the list of economic entities whose main activity is the production of food products of social importance: wheat flour (CEA - 10.61), pasteurized milk (CEA - 10.51) , rye-wheat bread (CEA - 10.71), chicken eggs (CEA - 01.47), poultry (chicken carcass) (CEA - 10.12) and sunflower oil (CEA - 10.41), ie еруку фку amendments to the order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food Of Ukraine of January 5, 2022 №3.
