Agrarian associations within the Ukrainian Agrarian Forum supported Ukrainian Agricultural Council (UAC) in an official appeal to the Minister of Justice of Ukraine Pavel Petrenko with a request to take measures to return corporate rights to farm "Strogogo O.F." legitimate owners.

"We are deeply concerned about the continuous attempts and successful raider attacks on corporate rights, rights to use land and property (harvests) of agricultural producers. Case of farm "Strogogo O.F." is one of the shouting examples of this disastrous practice in its worst manifestations ", - says the text of the appeal.

Recall that on September 7, 2018, the notary Alexander Dragin, based on false documents on the transfer of ownership of corporate rights, entered the State Register of real rights to real estate and their encumbrances, according to which the name of the farm "Strogogo O.F." was changed to the farm "Slobozhanski lani". His owner was Olena Marunyak, registered in Horlivka. According to false documents, Alexander Strohyy handed over to her his share, which in reality did not happen.

Based on these changes in the register, on September 8, 2018, the "new owners" began the seizure of territory and land of the enterprise. So, about 30 unknown with an athletic build in camouflage uniforms drove into the territory of the elevator belonging to the farm "Strogogo O.F.". Eventually, on the territory of the elevator were about 150 armed young men with balaclava and body armor. They closed the gate, blocking the entrance and exit, began to load their cars with sunflower from the elevator and take it in an unknown direction.

On September 11, firing began at the farm "Strogogo O.F." elevator. There were wounded among civilians, women and law-enforcers. One man was rushed by ambulance. Also the owner of the company Alexander Strohyy was injured.

On the night of September 12, law enforcement officers liberated the territory of the elevator from militants, but whether they would get a deserved punishment, it is still not known

The Ukrainian Agricultural Council continues the active struggle to preserve the rights of the legitimate owners of the farm "Strogogo O.F.".
