In the end of July, National Sugar Association of Ukraine "Ukrtsukor" held a master class in Kiev on identifying and analyzing dangerous factors for sugar production.
Since sugar is the end product of consumption, the issue of food safety management at work is under control, especially as a result of recent legislative changes.
Recall that on April 4, 2018, the Law of Ukraine "On state control over compliance with legislation on food products, feed, animal by-products, animal health and welfare" came into force (No. 2042). According to this law, a new system of quality control and food safety is established to ensure that products are safe for humans.
This Law is a significant step in reforming the system of state control of food safety and its approximation to European principles of control, which is obligatory under the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU.
