Agricultural cooperatives, which are established according to the new law "On Agricultural Cooperation", have been included to classifier of the institutional-legal forms.

In the summer, the UAC appealed to the heads of the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Agriculture to make changes and assign a code to the agricultural cooperative in order to register in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individuals and Public Associations. It was impossible to create a new cooperative without this, because the Law "On Agricultural Cooperation" abolished the division of agricultural cooperatives into production and service ones and introduced a new institutional-legal form of management - an agricultural cooperative, which was not included to the national classifier for more than six months.

Today the problem is solved - registration of a new agricultural cooperative or re-registration of an existing one is finally possible.
