The UAC with the support of USAID AGRO, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine and the State Geocadastre of Ukraine are implementing a project to support the reform of the State Geocadastre by agribusiness and rural communities of Ukraine.
Project's goals:
- creation of a national platform for public discussion of problematic issues in the agribusiness work;
- overcoming corruption and raiding;
- expanding the participation of agraribusiness in the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of land relations;
- carrying out institutional reform of the State Geocadastre;
- support for comprehensive land reform and decentralization in Ukraine;
- protection of the interests of local governments, small and medium agribusiness in the land management sector.
As part of the project, 24 online meetings will be held in all regions of Ukraine with representatives of agribusiness, the State Geocadastre, relevant ministries, and local governments.
If you have problems with:
- with lease agreements (renewal and conclusion, illegal refusals);
- "overlays", you have refusals to approve projects and in the field of official registration of land plots;
- with the lease of unclaimed shares (procedure, community powers, problems);
- land distribution of farms’ land (interaction of the farmer, community);
- with a change in the type of land (pastures, hayfields, perennials) and the special land purpose;
- free land plot privatization;
- registration of real rights to real estate (illegal refusals to register real rights, refusals to accept documents, violation of registration deadlines, double registrations);
- and other issues in the sector of land legislation.
