The head of the UAC Andriy Dykun, during the press conference, which took place in Kyiv on September 11, said that raiders from Donetsk People's Republic are behind the capture of farm “Strogogo OF” (Zmiiv district, Kharkiv region).

"Please note that the inhabitants of the DPR "raided" an agrarian enterprise in Ukraine through a dishonest state registrar. This question is also relevant to the Security Service of Ukraine, because it is an economic war that destroys us," he said.

Meanwhile, on the elevator of farm "Strogogo O.F.", which on Saturday, September 8, was blocked by the unknown individuals with athletic build, began firing. There are wounded among civilians, women and law-enforcers. One man was rushed by ambulance. Also the owner of the company Alexander Strohyy was injured. The police stand aside by commenting on the fact that law enforcement officers left for the scene without weapons, and therefore can not protect citizens from raiders who are armed to the teeth.

Now in the elevator area there are about 150 fighters armed with masks and body armor.

The advisor to the Minister of the Interior, Michael Apostol, went to the place of firing.

During a press conference, he noted that he acknowledged the illegality of the transfer of corporate rights to farm "Strogogo O.F.".

"An arbitrarily registrar, a representative of the Ministry of Justice has rewrote ... If it is proved, this lawlessness, which can not be tolerated," - said the Apostol.

The Ukrainian Agricultural Council is actively fighting for the protection of the rights of the legitimate owners of the farm "Strogogo O.F.". The UAC requires the President, the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Justice, the General Prosecutor's Office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs to intervene in this situation and take measures to stop the bloodshed, prompt return of corporate rights to the legitimate owners of the farm "Strogogo O.F." and to prevent the theft of the crop.

Recall that on September 7, 2018, the notary Alexander Dragin, based on false documents on the transfer of ownership of corporate rights, entered the State Register of real rights to real estate and their encumbrances, according to which the name of the farm "Strogogo O.F." was changed to the farm "Slobozhanski lani". His owner was Olena Marunyak, registered in Horlivka. According to false documents, Alexander Strohyy handed over to her his share, which in reality did not happen.

Based on these changes in the register, on September 8, 2018, the "new owners" began the seizure of territory and land of the economy. They drove to the elevator, blocked the door to the entrance and exit, and began to load the cars with sunflower to remove it in an unknown direction.
