Purchase prices for a cutting continue to "cautious" growth. According to the weekly monitoring of prices on the market of cuttle beans, pork in the purchase for the second week in a row becomes more expensive for half a percent.

Thus, this week the average market mark has crossed the level of 46 UAH / kg: some pork producers were able to "paint" commodity lots a month earlier by 0.25-0.75 UAH / kg more than in the first decade of the month.

Purchasing prices for cuttings in the EU countries also show upward trends, although somewhat more pronounced - weekly quotes in Belgium, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands and Italy added 3-6% over the previous week.

Accordingly, the barrier price level for the next week rose to 46.5 UAH / kg.

Taking into account the expectations of most meat processors, this indicator may exceed half the hryvnia the average price of pigs in Ukraine on the eve of the Independence Day.

However, some operators believe that these indicators will be compared next week.

At the same time, representatives of meat processing point out the need to maintain a weighted rise in prices due to the significant competition of pork with substitute products, in particular poultry.
