On Wednesday, September 19, at 14.00, a meeting of the Anti-Raiding Commission of the Ministry of Justice will be held. They will consider the case of the raider capture of the farm "Strogogo O.F.", which is a member of the Ukrainian Agricultural Council (UAC).
The lawful owner of the farm Alexander Strohyy filed a complaint to the Ministry of Justice on September 10. The farmer called on the department to carry out a check on the legality of the registration by the state registrar Alexander Dragin, according to which the "new" owner of the farm on the basis of fake documents became a resident of the so-called Donetsk People's Republic - Olena Marunyak.
Accordingly, two days later, on September 13, the consideration of this complaint should take place. However, on the eve of the state register of real rights to real estate and their encumbrances were made regular changes - the "new" owner of the farm at this time was an unknown Victor Melenets from Kiev. Therefore, the legal owner of the farm was obliged to file an application to the Anti-Raiding Commission with a new complaint. On Monday, September 17, the Anti-Raiding Commission of the Ministry of Justice adopted a decision to accept this complaint for review.
Now in the Ministry of Justice, they promise that the trial will actually be held tomorrow, September 19.
UAC calls on the Anti-Raiding Commission of the Ministry of Justice to respond as soon as possible to the flagrant case of raids on the farm "Strogogo O.F." and to stop delaying the case. After all, the wave of raider attacks and impunity that swept Ukraine, every day becomes increasingly threatening, and the lack of reaction from the authorities only gives free hand to the perpetrators.
Recall that on September 7, on the basis of forged documents on the transfer of ownership of corporate rights to the State Register, there was made an entry regarding the change of the owner and the names of the farm "Strogogo O.F." to the farm "Slobozhanski Lani."
Following these changes in the register, the next day, "new owners" began to seize power and land. So, about 30 unknown boys with an athletic build in camouflage uniforms drove into the territory of the elevator belonging to the farm "Strogogo O.F.". Eventually, on the territory of the elevator were about 150 armed young men with balaclava and body armor. They closed the gate, blocking the entrance and exit, began to load their cars with sunflower from the elevator and tried to take it out in an unknown direction.
On September 11, firing began at the farm "Strogogo O.F." elevator. There were injured among civilians, women and law-enforcers. Also the owner of the company Alexander Strohyy was wounded.
On the night of September 12, law enforcers liberated the territory of the elevator from militants.
The Ukrainian Agricultural Council continues the active struggle to preserve the rights of the legitimate owners of the farm "Strogogo O.F.".
