On September 29, 2022, at 3:00 p.m., an online meeting will be held with representatives of the State Tax Service (STS) and leading experts in the field on the topic: "Confirmation of the impossibility of fulfilling tax obligations or how to avoid fines during the period of martial law."

The purpose of the meeting is to explain the tax legislation to the owners and accountants of agricultural enterprises in order to reduce the incidence of fines.

The event is organized within the framework of the Food Security Support Program for agricultural producers, which is implemented by the Ukrainian Agri Council with the support of the USAID Program for Agrarian and Rural Development (AGRO).

The participants of the meeting will discuss current tax issues, in particular:

• the main details of the temporary return of all fines for non-fulfillment of tax obligations;
• where to submit an application, what terms, methods, procedure for consideration and obtaining a decision - participants will receive an application template and advice on how to fill it out;
• the possibility or impossibility of the payer fulfilling tax obligations: advice, mistakes, etc.;

What about the list of territories where hostilities are (were) being conducted and temporarily occupied ones by the Russian Federation, which should be determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine? What documents must be provided to confirm these territories? Should we rely on the lists, in accordance with the order of the Ministry on Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine (as of April 25, 2022 No. 75), and certificates of military administrations? Etc.
