In December of this year, the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal of Kyiv partially upheld the claim of the Ukrainian Agri Council for recognition as illegal and annulment of the Cabinet Decrees No. 107 and No. 107 of February 7, 2018, which distributed state subsidies in the agrarian sector of Ukraine.

These rulings were adopted with a number of violations and resulted in misallocation of funds in favor of agro-holdings, which is unfair. That is why in August 2018, UAC challenged them in court.

It will be clarified during a press conference whether the cancellation of these rulings will cause the refund of government support by agrarians.
