Farmers risk being deceived, first of all, in the summer. A few weeks ago, in the center of the scandal was LLC "Progress" in Zaporizhia region, which is a member of the Ukrainian Agri Council (UAC).

The administration of the farm learned about the changes in the unified state register (USR) of legal entities, self-employed individuals and public formations as a member of the company’s founders.

"Bozhko Vadym, with the participation of other unidentified individuals and private notaries (Tulainov Eduard and Chepkova Olena) without the knowledge and participation of other founders made changes to the registration data of LLC “Progress” in USR, removed six current founders without their consent (each person owned 11.11% of the authorized capital) namely: Vlolodymyr Zhienko, Ivan Karaschuk, Victor Mandryk, Nina Manoilo, Petro Meleshko and Nina Surovneva. Instead, Bozhko Vadym was included to the list of founders and he assigned all the authorized capital of the former founders,” Yaroslav Pengryn, director of LLC “Progress”, commented on the situation.

The administration and the victims are convinced that such an action is crime. All statements are registered in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations, criminal cases have been initiated.

Nowadays, LLC “Progress” operates on a full-time basis and is under the shelter of the security company “Haidamaky”.
