General Director of "Forud-Agro" LLC Oleg Bliznyuk appealed to the Ministry of Justice and its head - Minister Pavlo Petrenko to stop attempts of raider seizure of the enterprise.

"Dear Mr. Petrenko, we regard the situation around “Forud-Agro” LLC as preparation for a raider capture of the assets of the enterprise. Therefore, we call on the Ministry of Justice to intervene and establish a system of protection of property rights in Ukraine," said Bliznyuk in a statement.

According to him, the state registrar of the communal enterprise "Registrar" Yuliya Nikitina considered a statement from a physical person not related to LLC "Forud-Agro" about the termination of the mortgage and the prohibition on the real estate of the owner of LLC "Forud-Agro". Thus, the state registrar has imposed on the company a debt on a loan, which, according to Bliznyuk, was repaid in 2015. Currently liquidated Bank Cambio PJSC was the mortgagee. At the same time, according to Bliznyuk, the corresponding record was entered into the state register without proper documents and legal grounds.

But after a few minutes, the corresponding entry was canceled.

"As owners of property, we would never have known about this incident, if for a happy coincidence of circumstances it was at this time not applied to the registrar of property rights to receive information about the object for the bank in which we are currently serving. Randomness that could cost us a complex ", - said Bliznyuk.

He added that according to the information from open sources, the Registrar communal enterprise was registered recently in September 2018. Having arrived at the address of the registration of this enterprise, representatives of LLC "Forud-Agro" did not find traces of his stay. The operator does not service the telephone number, indicated in the state register of legal entities.

According to some mass media, it became known that the Main Department for Combating Corruption and Organized Crime of the SBU, on the fact of interference with the register of property rights, has already opened criminal proceedings against the state registrar Julia Nikitina. Bliznyuk emphasizes that there are legal proceedings regarding the recognition of the actions of this registrar illegal and the abolition of its decisions. Several companies from Kyiv and Vinnytsia regions have suffered from the actions of this registrar.

At present, Lawyers of the Ukrainian Agri Council (UAC) are studying the situation. UAC will inform about further developments in the enterprise.
