On March 25, 2026, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted Resolution No. 367, introducing amendments to the Procedure for the Use of Funds Allocated in the State Budget to support farming enterprises.
Experts of the Ukrainian Agri Council (UAC), within a project to support affected agricultural producers in partnership with the international humanitarian organization Mercy Corps, have prepared a brief explanation of the changes for farming enterprises based on this resolution.
In particular, the amendments provide that farming enterprises included in the list of financial support recipients based on the results of the commission’s work in 2025 and approved by an order of the Ukrainian State Fund for Support of Farming Enterprises in 2026 will be able to receive this financial support in 2026 as well. This refers to the state program “Provision of Loans to Farming Enterprises,” under which farmers can receive up to UAH 1 million to carry out production activities and diversify production.
Specifically, these funds may be used for the purchase of machinery and equipment, livestock development, construction and reconstruction of production facilities, establishment of perennial plantations, development of cooperation, as well as irrigation and land reclamation. Thus, farming enterprises that have already been selected for participation in the program will not lose their eligibility for funding and will be able to benefit from it in 2026.
