“The UAC Chairman Andrii Dykun via video called on the People’s Deputies to promote a bill about agriculture cooperation №0856, which is under hold this week at Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.” - UAC press reports.
“The draft plan for a law №0856 is epic for small and medium business development in Ukraine. It allows us, small and medium producers, to make integral cooperatives, which operate in the European Union and the United States of America now. Such cooperatives will allow us to enter foreign markets, give an opportunity to organize production processing and make added value cost.” – the UAC Chairman mentions.
According to his words, the draft plan for a law will give an opportunity to unite and make big production consignments and, also, to realize them not only in markets, but in supermarket chains.
“If such cooperatives had been in operation, we wouldn’t have had a crisis because of pandemic situation, when agriculture producers couldn’t supply their production (because of quarantine limitations and closed markets) and had to throw it out.” – Andriy Dykun explains.
At the same time, the draft plan for a law give an opportunity to develop own business, to make job opportunities, and, at last, to develop their commune.
