On Saturday, September 15, a group of 40 armed young men with an athletic build entered the field in the Sidory Village (Bila Tserkva district, Kyiv region), threshed about 30 hectares of sunflower and harvested 1.5 million UAH.
This site is under cultivation of the Czech agriholding "Resiliyent", which through its company - Private Rental Agricultural Enterprise "Sidory" is a member of the Ukrainian Agricultural Council (UAC).
"We went to the field, which was cultivated and sowed in accordance with the official agreement with the farmer on joint cultivation, and began to harvest. We did not have time to hammer and 4 hectares out of 30 hectares, as a group of 40 armed "titushky" arrived and stopped the process. To understand, on our side there were only 7 workers (director, agronomist, lawyer, internal guard) who could not resist criminals. The young people said that they would not allow us to continue field work if we did not give them half of the harvest. It is clear that we were not going to do that. According to our workers who were on duty in the field, at midnight, the conflict intensified: two combines, furriers drove, pushed our workers and began to harvest and export the harvest in an unknown direction ", - said the head of the company "Resiliyent" Alexei Sidorov.
According to him, when the police arrived at the scene, the attackers managed to drive off and hide the combine harvesters.
The robbed company is an enterprise with Czech investments. In 2016, the Czech agriholding holding "Resiliyent" (Mabon Group) acquired corporate rights for this economy. The company concluded land lease agreements for agricultural land at least until 2024. All lease rights were registered in the State Register of Real Rights from 2014 to 2016, and the landlords received a lease payment in a timely manner.
At the moment, the company intends to file a complaint with the anti-trader commission of the Ministry of Justice and demand the earliest review of the case.
The raider and lawlessness wave that swept Ukraine has become increasingly threatening every day. The power of impunity generates new cases of raiding, and the attackers will not stop until they understand the inevitability of punishment for such crimes. Therefore, we call on law enforcement agencies to respond, find and punish the perpetrators as quickly as possible.
UAC will inform you about further developments in the company.
