On March 30, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., we invite you to the webinar "New opportunities in the managing reclamation systems - creating water users’ organizations." The event will be attended by representatives of the State Agency for Reclamation and Fisheries of Ukraine, lawyers of the Ukrainian Agri Council with the support of the USAID Agriculture Growing Rural Opportunities Activity (AGRO).

The webinar is intended for agricultural producers who carry out agricultural activities on reclaimed land.

 The goal is to clarify the legal requirements, stages of creation and functioning of water users’ organizations to increase the ability of farmers to manage, restore and modernize the reclamation infrastructure.

During the event, the following issues will be considered:

• Peculiarities of creating water users’ organizations (WUO) on drained lands.
• The roadmap for creating of the WUO, operational and legal models of work (initiation and procedure of creation, registration, technical aspects, property and financial aspects of activity, procedure for providing services, etc.). Problematic issues. 
• Peculiarities of entering information on the reclamation network and its components into the State Land Cadastre.
