On Monday, August 1, 2022, a round table discussion will be held: "Destroyed agricultural enterprises: fixation of losses and prospects for their compensation", organized by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
During the event, methodical recommendations will be presented and practical advice will be given on recording the destruction of agricultural enterprises caused by military actions.
The experts will present the legal base, explain the specifics of documenting losses in the occupied territories, the peculiarities of recording and collecting evidence for the recovery of damages in the form of lost profits. They will also tell you what are the possible ways of direct compensation for the damages.
