Today, Deputy Chairman of the UAC Denis Marchuk met with agrarians of Rivne and partly Khmelnytsky region in the city of Korets (Rivne region).
They talked about the practical aspects of the application of the bill No. 6049-d concerning land consolidation, which was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada as a basis and as a whole on July 10. This bill regulates the problem of "chess" in the fields, which makes it impossible to distribute land to single farmers, which will facilitate their further cultivation and minimize the risk of conflict situations.
Agrarians are interested in how the transfer of single-farm land plots to the edge of the field will be carried out, as well as which bodies and in what order will enforce this norm.
Another important topic during the meeting was the question of the prospects for opening a land market in Ukraine. At the conviction of the farmers, our state is not yet ready for the free circulation of land, since before this it is necessary to complete the filling of the state land cadastre, transfer the right to dispose land to communities, hold inventory of land. It is also necessary to introduce an effective mechanism for lending to farmers. And this is just a short list of measures to be implemented before the abolition of the land moratorium.
Thanks to the agrarians for an interesting and productive discussion!
