On Friday, December 21, at a press conference on "The war against Ukrainian farmers: who benefits from blocking fertilizer imports?" In Interfax-Ukraine unknown individuals attacked Andriy Dykun, head of the Ukrainian Agri Council (UAC).

During an interview, which Andrew Dykun gave journalists to the Inter channel, the attackers approached him, asked provocative questions, and then struck a few blows to the head. Then unknown persons poured the operator of the TV channel "Inter" brilliant green and ran away from the scene.

An hour after the call, a police arrived at the place and questioned the victim and eyewitnesses. Investigations are currently ongoing.

UAC binds this assault to its active public position and condemns the violent actions and pressure that the attackers make to keep us silent. In addition, UAC is outraged by the courage of the attack, during which the media also suffered.
