In recent months, within the project "Supporting agricultural MSMEs affected by active hostilities or Russia’s temporary occupation" implemented by the Ukrainian Agri Council with the support of the USAID Agriculture Growing Rural Opportunities Activity in Ukraine (AGRO), experts have been working on amendments to the legislation to improve lending conditions for de-occupied agricultural enterprises and have repeatedly drawn attention to the need to introduce such changes to the terms of the "5-7-9" state support lending program.

Recently, the Government approved the draft amendments to the "5-7-9" state support program developed by the team and allowed the provision of preferential loans to business entities registered in the territories of active hostilities, as well as extended the term of preferential lending in the high-risk military zone.

Taking into account the recent changes, experts have prepared an updated presentation on the conditions for obtaining state support under the "5-7-9"state support program for agricultural enterprises. In particular, the document provides agricultural producers with the general terms and forms of support, the main areas, loan terms, compensation rates, etc.
