The UAC Chairman Andriy Dykun demands from the Committee’s on Finances, Taxes and Customs Policy of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Chairman Danyl Ghetmantsev to overcome question about illegal farmlands lease and make agricultural industry clear. Also, he asks to support a draft of a law about tax for 1 hectare.

In the statement the UAC Chairman notifies that illegal soil tillage makes unequal business competition between agricultural producers who work legal and illegal. So, that problem is too important.

“It makes corruption stronger, return of duties losing and land price increasing (which are under illegal soil tillage – it was about 40% farmlands in 2018).” – the UAC Chairman mentions.   

Moreover, small enterprisers, who work legal, are in a bad position. In contradistinction from holding companies, they cannot refund imbalance in tax filling.

Such a situation saving can destroy small enterprises, who pay taxes conscientiously and do everything legal.

The agricultural sector is waiting for the elimination of the unfair situation and ensuring equal working conditions.

The PU “Ukrainian Agri Council” appeals to do the best for adoption one of the laws: №3131, №3131-1 and №3131-2. Any one of them will make agrarians’ work totally legal by making taxes identical for everyone.” – the statement notifies.
