“Baltskyi Khliborob” LLC, Odesa Oblast (2.5 thousand hectares of land bank), was attacked by the raiders of neighboring “Levchik” PE. They seized more than 100 land plots with a total area of 275 hectares.

In addition, raiders attacked two more agribusinesses of the same region, they are: “Agrofon” PE, having 56 land plots with a total area of 180 hectares stolen, and “Agro-Balta” LLC, having 24 land plots with a total area of 120 hectares stolen.

The Head of “Baltskyi Khliborob” LLC, Alexander Radzilevich assures that raiders involved fraudsters and "black registrars" in their scheme, using counterfeit seals of enterprises. Moreover, the director of Private Enterprise "Levchik" Oleksandr Shapoval and his wife Svitlana Yakimchuk are involved in forging documents in their favor.

"The raiders did as if my firm had issued an order to lead a business. Investigators have already found that such a person does not exist - passport data was used from the stolen document with stuck photo. Nevertheless, in 2017 and 2018, this person allegedly terminated contracts with more than a hundred shareholders on behalf of my company. Subsequently, through another inventive person, the lease contracts for these units were executed with PE "Levchik". Information about this information has been entered into the State Register of real rights to real estate", - says Alexander Radzilevich.

According to the Head, among those who allegedly broke the lease agreements with the “Baltskyi Khliborob”, there were also "dead souls".

"107 land plots were re-issued to PE "Levchik". Nine owners died in 2016", says the head.

According to Victoria Kipriyanova, a lawyer on land issues of the Ukrainian Agri Council, the scheme of ownership of land plots of “Baltskyi Khliborob” LLC is quite widespread between raiders.

"According to the submitted documents, most likely, "Levchik" PE took a direct part in this scheme, because the land plots were re-regisrered on its behalf. More than 150 criminal cases have been brought against “Levchik” PE. This also confirms its participation in the above-mentioned scheme. At present, "Levchik" PE is actively judging the "Agrofon" PE and “Baltskyi Khliborob” LLC. “Levchik” PE is a defendant in all cases, which also testifies to violations on their part", said the lawyer.

Currently, investigative actions are ongoing in this case.

Ukrainian Agri Council states that it excludes “Levchik” PE from the list of its members.
