In Dnipropetrovsk region, due to the active position of the participant of the UAC, the owner of the “Mriya” LLC, Oleksandr Krupy and the residents of the Novopavlovsk United Territorial Community, the powers of the unscrupulous chairman of the village council, Inna Kondratyuk, were terminated ahead of time. She divided about 400 hectares between members of her family, and did not allocate land plots to the inhabitants of the surrounding villages and, in particular, the Combat Force Fighters arguing this that there is lack of land.

"The inhabitants of villages, the workers have been several times appealed to the Novopavlovsk village council with a request to allocate land for rent, which they were ruthlessly denied and said that there is no land. At the same time, the chairman of the village council Inna Ivanivna Kondratyuk during the session allocates land to Sergiy Maksimovich Kondratyuk (her husband), Ivan Sergeyevich Kondratyuk (son) and Anastasia Sergeyevna Kondratyuk (daughter). And this is far from the only violation. For the past week our community has been in a state of tension. But, fortunately, there is justice," said Alexander Krupa.

He also added that the session of the village council, at which it was decided to give land to members of the Kondratyuk family, was carried out illegally. In addition, session decisions were not posted on the site, they did not reach the community.

According to Oleksandr Krupa, the community has collected more than 700 signatures of distrust of the unscrupulous village chairman, as well as the secretary of the Novopavlovsk Village Council - Valentina Kutnya. After that, at the next session, it was decided to terminate their powers ahead of schedule. Nowadays, Novopavlovsk Village Council has already elected a new secretary and chairman.

The events described demonstrate the power of an indifferent community, whose active position can have a real impact on dishonest high-ranking officials and corrupt officials. Therefore, the UAC calls on all farmers to unite and fight for justice together.
