The Ukrainian Agricultural Council welcomes the decision of the Anti-Raiding Commission of the Ministry of Justice on the return of corporate rights to farm "Strogogo O.F." to the legal owner, Oleksandr Strohyy, about which Deputy Minister of Justice Olena Sukmanova reported during a press conference today in Kyiv.
"The Ukrainian Agrarian Council welcomes the decision of the commission, which we have been waiting for so long. We will continue the fight and will ensure that the raiders who took part in the seizure of the economy and received conditional terms have suffered a well-deserved punishment," said UAC Deputy Chairman Denis Marchuk during a press conference.
"Today the Ministry of Justice made the right decision in our favor. But the main fight against the raiders is still ahead ... Thank you sincerely for those who helped us and supported us ", - said the lawful owner of the farm Alexander Strohyy.
The UAC expresses its gratitude to all the parties that intervened in the conflict and contributed to its positive decision: Deputy Minister of Justice Olena Sukmanova, Minister of the Interior Arsen Avakov, his adviser - Mykhail Apostol, public organization "Biznes Varta", a number of people's deputies and all the media , which highlighted the events. Only through collaborative work we managed to achieve this result.
Recall that on September 7, 2018, the notary Alexander Dragin, based on false documents on the transfer of ownership of corporate rights, entered the State Register of real rights to real estate and their encumbrances, according to which the name of the farm "Strogogo O.F." was changed to the farm "Slobozhanski lani". His owner was Olena Marunyak, registered in Horlivka. According to false documents, Alexander Strohyy handed over to her his share, which in reality did not happen.
Based on these changes in the register, on September 8, 2018, the "new owners" began the seizure of territory and land of the economy. They drove to the elevator, blocked the door to the entrance and exit, and began to load the cars with sunflower to remove it in an unknown direction.
On September 11, firing began at the farm "Strogogo O.F." elevator. There were injured among civilians, women and law-enforcers. Also the owner of the company Alexander Strohyy was wounded.
On the night of September 12, law enforcers liberated the territory of the elevator from militants. Thanks to the resonance given to the case by the Ukrainian Agricultural Council, the court arrested 22 persons who participated in armed seizure of the elevator for two months without the right to make a pledge. In particular, Oleh Shiryaev, an ex-commander of the company "Skhidnyy Korpus", was among them. According to law enforcement officers, the people who fought in the ATO in the units of the Armed Forces, the National Police and the National Guard took part in the rapture.
Meanwhile, on the eve of the consideration of the complaint by the Anti-Raiding Commission, the meeting of which was scheduled for September 13, Viktor Melenets, an unknown resident of Kiev, was introduced to the State Register of Real Property Rights and their encumbrances by the "new" owner of the farm. Therefore, the legal owner of the farm was obliged to submit an application to the Commission with a new complaint. In the end, already on September 19, a long-awaited trial on the merits took place, on which side Alexander Strohyy presented the Commission its arguments and provided unequivocal evidence of the fact of the raider seizure of the economy.
